TO USE THIS BENEFIT
As
a Dental Care Plan member, you can visit any participating
dentist as often as you like and enjoy dental savings on
average 10 to 60%. The
plan provides for almost all forms of required dentistry
including: routine
check ups, cleanings (including fluoride treatments,
fillings, crowns, orthodontics (all areas, including
braces), oral surgery, comprehensive and periodic
evaluations, cosmetic work, and more.
Present your member ID card to a participating
dentist and ask them to provide you a discount appropriate
for the network indicated on the ID card.
